Ohio Police and Fire approves $110m in commitments

The US public pension has backed two North American-focused real estate vehicles.

Ohio Police and Fire Pension Fund has approved commitments of up to $50 million to Annaly Credit Opportunities Fund and up to $60 million to Exeter Industrial Value Fund V, a contact at the pension informed PERE.

The $15.75 billion US public pension has a 12.0 percent target allocation to real estate that currently stands at 11.30 percent.

As illustrated in the charts below, the pension has made three commitments to real estate funds with a 2019 vintage, which combined constitute $160 million.
