Oak Street Real Estate Capital held a final close on $1.25 billion for its Oak Street Real Estate Capital Fund IV, surpassing its original $750 million target.
Investors in the fund include the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund, Teachers’ Retirement System of the State of Illinois, Chicago Teachers’ Pension Fund, and Pennsylvania State Employees’ Retirement System.
The firm will use the capital to make core-plus investments in a diverse number of sectors in North America.
