NYSCRF backs Artemis and Raith Capital

The US public pension has approved $315m worth of commitments across two private real estate vehicles.

New York State Common Retirement Fund (NYSCRF) has announced $215 million in commitments to two real estate funds, according to a recent press release.

It will invest $200 million in Artemis Real Estate Partners Fund IV and $15 million in Raith Real Estate Fund III.
