NPS appoints new acting CIO

The KRW634.6 trillion South Korean public pension scheme appointed acting CIO.

The National Pension Service of Korea (NPS) has named Su-Cheol Lee as acting chief investment officer to fill the vacancy as In-Sik Cho stepped down for personal reasons on 13 July.

NPS has started a new round of recruitment on 27 June and has interviewed a total of 30 applicants in two rounds of recruitment process.
