Northstar Commercial Partners has raised $11.2 million for its Northstar Enterprise Opportunity Fund I, per a SEC filing. The Denver-headquartered firm began fundraising in 2016 with a $350 million target.
The fund will target opportunistic strategies in a diverse number of properties in North America.Â
