New Mexico SIC approves $75m commitment to KKR Real Estate Partners Americas II

The $22.1bn state investment fund commences partnership with KKR.

The New Mexico State Investment Council (NM SIC) approved a $75 million commitment to KKR Real Estate Partners Americas II at yesterday’s council meeting.

With this commitment, NM SIC commences a new GP relationship with KKR, which will deploy this fund to invest opportunistically in North American real estate.
