Nebraska Investment Council approves $60m commitment

The US public pension has decided to support a real estate focused Fund.

Nebraska Investment Council has approved the feedback from the Advisory Council to commit $60 million to Clarion Partners Lion Properties Fund, which focuses on core real estate strategy among various sectors.

The $26.6 billion US public pension has 6 percent target allocation to private equity real estate that currently stands at 0.71 percent.
