Nebraska approves $80m in commitments

The US public pension has backed two North America-focused funds.

Nebraska Investment Council has approved a $40 million commitment each to Torchlight Debt Opportunity Fund VI and Almanac Realty Securities Fund VIII.

The $25 billion US public pension has a 7.5 percent target allocation to real estate that currently stands at 5.7 percent.
