NBK Capital Partners Real Estate Fund I, the firm’s debut real estate-focused fund, has held a first close at $75 million. The fund has a target size of $150 million, which it will invest through sale-leaseback transactions in logistics, healthcare and education sectors in MENA and Turkey.
The capital raised thus far, came primarily from pension funds, family offices and high-net-worth individuals.
