MVision adds real estate duo to its ranks

MVision, the private equity placement agent business led by Mounir Guen, has appointed Mitchell Sikora and Scott Arden from JT Partners to boost its real estate services offering.

MVision, the London and New York-based private equity placement agent, has beefed up its real estate team with the duel appointments of Mitchell Sikora and Scott Arden.

Sikora joins as a managing director. He previously worked at JT Partners, a placement agent he founded. Prior to that, he led the real estate private equity placement teams of UBS and Merrill Lynch. Among the real estate facing firms he has raised money for are Lone Star, CIM Group and Apollo.

Arden joins as a director. He previously focused on real estate funds distribution at JT Partners. Before that he was responsible for risk management and business development at RBC Carlin, the amalgamation of Carlin Financial Group by RBC Capital Markets. He has also held roles in risk management, business development and equity trading.

The appointments come during a period of expansion for the 50-strong MVision. Last year, the firm expanded its business in Asia by opening a consultancy in Hong Kong.
