MOLAGERS approves $60m in commitments

Missouri Local Government Employees’ Retirement System has committed $60 million across Noble Hospitality’s Value Add Fund IV and Income Fund IV.

The $7 billion US public pension has a 24 percent allocation to alternatives including real estate.
