MLG Capital has raised $30.4 million to date for its MLG Private Fund III, per a SEC filing. The Brookfield-headquartered firm has set a $100 million target and began fundraising in 2016. The SEC filing did not disclose whether the capital raise constituted a final or interim close.
Its previous fund raised $26.9 million in 2016.
The fund will target opportunistic returns in a diverse number of properties in North America.
