MainePERS approves $35m commitment

Maine Public Employees Retirement System approved a $35 million commitment to private real estate in its April board meeting.

The public pension committed $35 million to High Street Value Fund I , managed by High Street Logistics Properties. The fund targets investments in the retail and industrial sectors in the US.

High Street Logistics Properties is an existing fund manager for MainePERS. The LP had previously made a $50 million commitment to High Street Real Estate Fund VII in July 2021.
