Orion Capital Managers has hired Lisa Feifer, a former director of investor relations from Lehman Brothers in Europe.
Orion, a UK and European firm said Feifer was joining the London office as director of investor relations to lead capital raising and the overall support of Orion's investor base.
Currently, Orion is raising its third pan-European opportunity fund.
Prior to joining Orion, Feifer spent two and half years at Lehman Brothers, managing its European capital raising effort.
She also previously worked at Grove International Partners and AIG Global Real Estate where. At AIG, she had responsibility for capital formation, and initially the AIG French Property Fund.
News of Orion’s new hire comes as it emerged that Gerald Parkes, the head of Lehman’s private equity real estate business in Europe, is leaving the group this month. Senior management have been trying to orchestrate a management buyout of the business, it has been reported.
