LaSalle refinances in Paris

LaSalle Investment Management has managed to refinance a property in the French capital for its Growth Fund II.

LaSalle Investment Management has completed a €33 million refinancing of its Olympe property in Paris, France, for its LaSalle European Growth Fund II.

In a statement, the Chicago-based firm said the deal included an extension of the debt arrangements on the property, though it did not name the loan provider. Olympe is a 16,000 square metre office complex, with retail space, in the St Denis area of Paris.
BNP Paribas, the French bank, is the main tenant.

The fund was launched in 2002 with €500 million of equity to invest in strategic properties across Western Europe, predominantly in the Eurozone countries of France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands and Belgium.
