LaSalle promotes six

Chicago-based real estate investment firm LaSalle has announced internal promotions in Canada, Europe and Asia

LaSalle Investment Management has promoted six professionals to add to its roster of 28 international directors.

The firm said the elevations saw the real estate members “join the top leadership” of LaSalle Investment Management, and that of its parent, Jones Lang LaSalle.

The six promoted are:

Alan Trip in London, a managing director who leads the core funds and separate accounts side of the UK business. He is in charge of 20 separate account mandates and has responsibility for growing the non-leveraged side of LaSalle’s UK business.

Amy Aznar, also in London. The head of special situations for Greater Europe focuses on strategic entity-level investing, large transactions and joint ventures.

Zelick Altman in Toronto, a managing director in Canada and president of the LaSalle Canadian Income and Growth Fund series.

Helen Garbutt in Paris, who is in charge of LsSalle’s commingled fund business across Greater Europe, with responsibility for LaSalle’s value add and opportunistic vehicles.

Angelia Lim, a Singapore-based professional responsible for the finance function of LaSalle in the Asia-Pacific region.

Marc Montanus, also based in Singapore, is a fund manager of LaSalle’s Asia Opportunity Fund series.
