Landmark adds to London real estate team

Toms is Landmark's second hire in its London office this year.

Landmark Partners, the private equity and real estate secondaries firm, has added a senior associate to its real estate team in London, PERE sister publication Secondaries Investor has reported.

Kilian Toms joined Landmark’s London office on Monday to focus on underwriting real estate investments, according to a spokeswoman at the firm. Toms, who previously worked at Landmark between 2011 and 2013 in the US and left to attend Harvard Business School, has seven years of real estate investment experience and will work on both European and global real estate deals, the spokeswoman said.

Toms is Landmark’s second hire this year in its London office after Nastassja Minaev joined as an analyst on the private equity team in July. The firm has hired at least 13 people this year across its private equity, real estate, and investor relations and business development operations, mainly in the US.
