KKR has raised a total of $2 billion and announced the final closing for its KKR Real Estate Partners Americas II (REPA II). $230 million of the REPA II’s total capital raised was contributed by KKR and its employees.
REPA II is the second real estate dedicated fund which is invested in properties in the US through value-add and opportunistic strategies.
