Internos reports letting activity in Europe

Internos Real Investors, the London-based real estate investment firm, has achieved new lettings in Europe over the last six months totalling 84,600 square metres. The firm has also achieved 190,700 square metres of lease renewals across its portfolio.


Internos Real Investors, the London-based real estate investment firm with €1.5 billion of assets under management, announced this morning it had completed lettings on 84,600 square metres from its warehouse, office and retail portfolio in the Netherlands and Germany over the last six months.

The firm, launched in 2008 by ex-Pramerica and Invesco senior executives Jos Short and Andrew Thornton, has achieved new lettings at an annualised rental value of €3.65 million. Internos has also completed 190,700 of lease renewals with an annualised rental value of €9.33 million.

Internos manages assets totalling 920,900 square metres in the Netherlands and 489,600 square metres in Germany. Tenants across the portfolio include EDEKA Group, Lidl, Netto, REWE Group and TAKKO Fashion.
