Institutional Housing Partners has raised $25 million for its IHP Capital Partners Fund VIII, per a SEC filing. The Newport Beach-headquartered firm began fundraising in 2017 with a $25 million target.
The fund will target opportunistic opportunities in multifamily/residential properties in the United States.Â
