Founded in 2019, Vauban Infrastructure Partners is a European infrastructure asset management firm. It invests in infrastructure equity, focusing on essential assets across mobility, energy transition, social infrastructure, digital infrastructure, and utilities.

The firm targets predominantly brownfield and mid-market infrastructure assets in Europe. Its strategy emphasises long term, yield driven investments in assets providing essential services to communities such as transport networks, energy and heating systems, fibre optic digital infrastructure and social utility facilities. It acquires, develops and manages infrastructure assets with the goal of stable, sustainable value creation through active asset management and partnerships with industrial and public sector actors.

Vauban integrates sustainability and ESG considerations into its investment process. It seeks infrastructure that supports lower carbon footprints, social value and long-term resilience.
