INREV, the European Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles, has appointed three new members to its management board.
Michael Morgenroth, management board member at Germany's Gothaer Asset Management, will join the board along with Jeff Jacobson, chief executive officer of LaSalle Investment Management based in London and Deborah Lloyd, partner at law firm Nabarro, also based in London.
In a statement, the organisation said the appointments would help with INREV’s succession planning with many original members expected to step down over the next few years after completing their maximum-allowable term. Jan-Willem de Geus, a managing director at Morgan Stanley and a founding member of INREV, has already stepped down from the board following his relocation to Singapore.
Morgenroth has been responsible for all real estate and infrastructure activities of Gothaer since 2004. For his part, Jacobson is responsible for a team of 735 people in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific at LaSalle. Lloyd is a partner in Nabarro's indirect investment team and specialises in advising on indirect real estate vehicles.
