ING Real Estate Investment Management (ING REIM) is planning to open up to investors three regional fund of funds under its Global Osiris product.
In an interview with PERE to be published next month, Jan Meulenbelt, the new global head of ING Real Estate Select, its multi-manager division, says the European, Asia Pacific and US funds are not currently open to investors, but his aim is to make these available as separate vehicles.
It is just one of a number of changes Meulenbelt is planning.
He took over from Nick Cooper, who announced in December he would not be relocating to the Netherlands as part of a series of structural changes taking place at ING Group.
