Industry Capital has raised $223.1 million to date for its IC Berkeley Partners IV, per a SEC filing. The San Francisco-headquartered firm has set a $250 million target and began fundraising in 2016. The SEC filing did not disclose whether the capital raise constituted a final or interim close.
Investors that committed to IC Berkeley Partners IV include the Rhode Island State Treasury, the Houston Municipal Employees' Pension System (HMEPS) and the Texas Municipal Retirement System.
The fund will target value added opportunities in industrial sectors in the United States.
