Going, going

There is now less than 24 hours to cast your vote in the 2014 PERE Global Awards before the chance is gone.

The 2014 PERE Global Awards are shaping up nicely with plenty of hotly contested categories emerging following four weeks of voting.

Among the tightest races are the Global Institutional Investor of the Year, the North American Industry Figure of the Year, the two North American Law Firm of the Years, the European Institutional Investors of the Year and the Asia Industry Figure of the Year categories. We on the PERE editorial team are just itching to learn which organizations and individuals will ultimately prevail once our extended deadline to midnight today, has passed.

Judging by the votes collected so far, and we’re told there is approaching 4,000 of those as things stand, we can already see how well supported some of the private real estate investment universe’s protagonists are. Indeed, in certain categories, the votes collected thus far, would already have seen the nominated party victorious in prior years.

For those yet to cast their vote, hesitate no longer. Click through to our dedicated voting pages to review and then show your support for those nominated organizations and individuals that you feel deserve to win. As previously mentioned, these awards are our largest to date with no fewer than 45 categories.

We have new country firm of the year categories in Europe and Asia to consider alongside our traditional categories. For the first time, you can now determine which firms were the most successful in the UK, Germany, France, the Nordics, Southern Europe, Australia, China, India and Japan as you ponder also those most successful on a pan-regional basis.

Voting is simple. Just visit our voting page and get clicking. Each category has four nominations for you to choose from. Don’t worry if you disagree with any or even all of them as there is a write-in option too where you can make an alternative choice instead. As with previous years, you can vote in all or some or even just one category. You just can’t vote for yourself or your own organization.

The results will be published at the beginning of March, both on PERENews.com and in PERE Magazine’s Awards & Annual Review issue.
