GLP has announced the final close on its GLP China Income Fund VI on 7.6 billion yuan ($1.05 billion, €1.06 billion). Following on from its predecessor funds, capital raised for the fund will be invested with a core-plus strategy, focused on stabilized and income-generating industrial and logistics park assets that cater to growing high-tech and innovation-based manufacturing industries in China.
Investors in the fund include domestic insurance companies and the firm’s previously existing institutional investment partners.
