Fort Worth ERF commits $25m to tech-focused fund

The $2.3bn US public pension backs a North American fund targeting tech-related real assets.

The Fort Wort Employees’ Retirement Fund (ERF) approved an allocation of $25 million to IPI Data Center Partners Fund I out of the pension fund’s high-growth portfolio, confirmed communications manager Mary Kay Glass in an email. Managed by ICONIQ Capital, the vehicle will target opportunistic investments in data centers and other technology-related real estate assets in North America.
