Former GPT Halverton executives form MSeven

The former senior management team of London based industrial property company GPT Halverton have set up their own investment business, M7 Investment Management.

Richard Croft, the founder and former chief executive officer of UK industrial property company GPT Halverton has formed a new fund and asset management company which will be focused at buying light industrial properties in the UK.

He has been joined by former GPT Halverton colleagues Taco de Groot and Teresa Gilchrist and eleven other staff.

M7 Investment Management plans to offer its clients services including fund management, deal structuring and financing, asset and corporate management.

The launch of the new company comes after Croft and his colleagues left GPT Halverton, which is controlled by Australian listed property company GPT Group, last October.
