Focus Healthcare Partners raises $312m

In June 2017, Focus Healthcare Partners held a final close for its Focus Senior Housing Fund I at $312 million.

The Chicago-headquartered firm had a $200 million target and began fundraising in 2016.

Investors that committed to Focus Senior Housing Fund I include the New Jersey Division of Investment, the Fort Worth Employees' Retirement Fund and the City of Phoenix Employees' Retirement System (COPERS).

The fund will target core plus opportunities in senior housing sectors in the United States.
