EXCLUSIVE: GIC preps $1bn RE secondaries exit

The sovereign wealth fund of Singapore has hired Cogent to advise on the transaction.

The Government of Singapore Investment Corporation has hired Greenhill Cogent to sell a large portfolio of real estate fund interests, reports PERE's sister publication Secondaries Investor.

SI sourced the news from two people familiar with the matter.

The exact size of the portfolio hasn’t been determined yet but could total about $1 billion, one of the sources said.
