DRC Capital has held a final close on DRC UK Whole Loan Fund at £700 million, hitting its hard cap and surpassing its initial fundraising target of £500 million.
The fund will focus on value-add properties which create income and it deploys capital across all major commercial real estate asset classes. It will provide unlevered whole loan investments in major cities across the United Kingdom.
The firm received commitments from an investor base consisting primarily of public and private pension schemes based in the United Kingdom.
