DRC Capital held a final close on £600 million for its DRC European Real Estate Debt Fund III. The firm began fundraising in July 2016, and has set a target at £500 million.
East Riding of Yorkshire County Council Pension Fund is one of the investors of the fund.
The firm will use the capital to make mezzanine debt investments in Western Europe’s real estate sector.
