Dorset County considers further real estate investments

The UK public pension will decide on its preferred course of action in due course.

Dorset County Council Pension has allocated about £650 million to private markets, including £350 million to property. Officers will shortly be meeting with Brunel Pension Partnership to discuss opportunities and options for transition planning for Dorset’s specific circumstances.

The £3 billion UK public pension has a 12 percent target allocation to property that currently stands at 10.4 percent.
