DBJ sets sights on overseas RE

The Japanese bank is turning its eyes from domestic to overseas markets.

The Development Bank of Japan (DBJ) expressed its intention to explore overseas real estate investments, with the focus on Europe.

It aims to shift the focus from fund investment to direct investment and to double its allocation to to real estate to 20 percent of its total assets.
