CTPF seeks minority-owned managers

The Illinois pension fund wants help with its investment needs.

Chicago Teachers' Pension Fund has issued a request for proposal for minority-owned, female-owned or a business owned by a person with a disability interested in providing real estate investment management services.

The $10 billion US pension has a current real estate allocation of 7.6 percent against a 9 percent target allocation.
