Nashville, Tennessee-based Covenant focuses on value-added investments in apartment assets in the South East and Midwest of the US. The firm acquires and redevelops the assets through joint ventures with local operating partners.

Covenant’s investments generally require $1 million to $10 million of equity capital and values up to $50 million but the firm will make smaller, strategic investments as well.

Managing partners Frederic Scarola and Govan White co-founded Covenant in 2001. Previously, Scarola was an executive vice president with Brookside Properties and White was a managing director with Solidus Company, both real estate investment firms based in Nashville.
