Connecticut approves $100m commitment to Waterton Residential Venture Fund XIV

Connecticut Retirement Plans and Trust Funds has confirmed a $100 million commitment to Waterton Residential Venture Fund XIV, according to materials from the pension’s November 2020 investment advisory committee meeting. The fund opportunity was first presented to Connecticut in September 2020.

The $37.72 billion US public pension allocates 11.7 percent of its investment portfolio to real assets.
