Colliers makes senior Asia appointment

The real estate services firm has appointed James Hall to lead its international properties division in Asia.

Global real estate consultancy Colliers International has promoted James Hall to the role of managing director for international properties in Asia.

In this role, Hall will be responsible for promoting global residential properties and opportunities for Asian investors.

With over 23 years of industry experience, Hall has previously also worked as the regional director for international properties division both at Colliers and competitor firm CBRE. After working for almost five years at CBRE, Hall returned to Colliers as a Hong Kong-based director in January this year.

“James is a well-respected industry leader, and a recognised expert in the sale of international residential property in Asia. His appointment will better align our global international properties business to provide our Asian clients with a broader range of quality opportunities and markets in which to invest, particularly Australia and the UK, while strengthening our sales platform across the region,” said David Hand, chief executive officer for Asia Pacific at Colliers International. “Bringing considerable experience, James makes a welcome return to Colliers International, and will complement our regional growth strategy to enhance our already market leading platform in Asia.”
