Churston Investment Partners names COO – Exclusive

Churston Investment Partners has named Felicity Ambler as its chief operating officer.

Ambler joins the Melbourne-based private equity real estate investment and advisory firm from MaxCap Group, an Australian commercial real estate debt investment manager, where she was head of distribution.

In her new role Ambler will be responsible for operational and risk management areas of the business, with a specific focus on capital raising and investor relations. She reports to Churston’s executive director Paul Davis.

Ambler has more than 16 years’ experience in real estate investment management, sales and marketing across Australia, Europe, the UK and UAE.

At MaxCap she was responsible for capital raising, investor relations, business development and marketing, and held a similar role at APN Property Group, another Australian real estate investment manager.

Ambler has also held roles in London as a director of equity raising and investor relations at the Swiss private equity firm, Corestate Capital and spent three years with Aviva Investors focussed on European and Asian institutional real estate business development and capital raising. She spent the first six years of her career with Jones Lang LaSalle, working within the capital markets business in Melbourne, London and then Dubai.
