CBRE’s Korea head of research steps down – Exclusive

CBRE has confirmed to PERE that Insub Park will be leaving the leadership position next month.

Insub Park, head of research for real estate services firm CBRE in Korea, has stepped down his from his position at the firm.

A CBRE spokesperson has confirmed to PERE that Park will be leaving the firm in mid-May. The firm is currently looking for a replacement.

Park has been heading CBRE’s research function in Korea since January last year. He joined the organisation in late 2014.

Earlier this year, CBRE appointed Yvonne Siew as its executive director of global capital markets for Asia Pacific. Siew was previously head of global capital markets for CBRE in China.
