Richard Ellis has appointed Tim Munn as senior director of its UK Managed Accounts Group and Giles Watson as European head of investing reporting.
Munn is a long-serving employee at CBREI having joined the firm 13 years ago. He will be based in London and oversee a team responsible for six separate accounts within the UK.
Joining Munn in the UK Managed Accounts Group will also be senior analysts John Clark and Alex Luker and analysts Ed Dale-Jones and Jamie Philips.
Giles Watson has also joined the firm as European head of investment reporting, also based in London. He has been charged with overseeing all aspects of financial reporting for CBREI’s European business.
He joined from AXA Real Estate Investment Management where he was head of fund control – European funds. He also previously worked for Marylebone Warwick Balfour Group and Deloitte and Touche.
CBREI had $33.7 billion of assets under management as of 30 June.
