CapRock Partners has raised $15.8 million to date for its CapRock Partners Fund IV, per a SEC filing. The Irvine-headquartered firm has set a $20 million target and began fundraising in 2017. The SEC filing did not disclose whether the capital raise constituted a final or interim close.
The fund will target value added opportunities in industrial properties in the United States.
