Cabot Properties has raised $775 million to date for its Cabot Industrial Value Fund V.
Investors of the fund include Pennsylvania Public School Employees' Retirement System, New York State Teachers' Retirement System (NYSTRS) and University of Michigan.
The fund’s predecessor raised $712 million in 2014.
The fund will target value-added strategy in the industrial sector across North America and Western Europe.
