Brookfield Asset Management has corralled a total of $15 billion and reached the final close of its Brookfield Strategic Real Estate Partners III (BSREP III).
Surpassing its $10 billion fundraising target, BSREP III has become one of the biggest real estate funds in recent years. The fund will focus on majority stakes in real estate assets, portfolios and large-scale corporate acquisitions in North America, Europe, Australia, Brazil and India.
Brookfield Asset Management is currently managing over $330 billion of assets.
