Benson Elliot held first close for its Benson Elliot Real Estate Partners V at €600 million.
The fund’s predecessor was closed on its €625 million hard-cap in June 2016.
The firm launched the fund in November 2017, with a target at €1 billion.
The firm will use the capital to make value-added investment in a diverse number of sectors across Europe.
