Baltimore City Fire and Police Employees’ Retirement System has created a new commitment of $20 million to Dalfen Last Mile Industrial Fund V, according to its March 2022 investment report.
Baltimore has an established relationship with Dalfen Industries, having previously committed capital to the asset manager.
The $3.31 billion pension fund currently allocates 7.7 percent to real estate, while its target is 11 percent. BCFPERS’ recent fund commitments have predominately focused within North America.
