AP Fonden 3 has established the new position of chief operating officer. The role will be filled by the firm’s current chief financial and chief risk officer, Mattias Bylund, effective 1 August 2018. He will focus on operational work and strengthening the overall issues within asset management.
The SEK 345 billion Swedish public pension allocates 0.7 percent of its total portfolio to real estate investments.
