PERE reveals that AEW Europe, the Paris-based private equity real estate investment manager, has raised more than €415 million for its Europe City Retail Fund, surpassing the initial target of €400 million.
Due to strong demand, AEW is condering to increase the equity commitment up to €800 million over the next few years.
