ACOFI has raised €60 million to date for its LF Prédirec Immo 5 fund. The Paris-headquartered firm set a fundraising target of €600 million by July 2018.
The fund will target senior debt strategy across all types of properties in Western Europe, but it is likely to increase exposure to value-added properties compared to its predecessor fund.
