Aberdeen amasses $151m

Keva is the anchor investor in the firm’s fourth property multi-manager fund.

Aberdeen Asian Property Multi-Manager Fund IV has held a final close on $151 million.  The firm’s latest Asia Pacific-focused property fund will invest in unlisted funds, joint ventures, clubs and co-investments throughout Asia-Pacific.

Keva, Finland’s largest pension fund, is the anchor investor in the vehicle, thanks to a long-standing relationship with the global asset manager.
